Copiers on Campus

Welcome to the Copier Program at Duquesne University. This program is operated through the Support Services Department. There are over 100 copy machines located throughout the campus for departmental as well as public use.

Our goal is to fulfill the copier needs of all students and staff throughout campus. We are constantly striving to bring you service with pride, professionalism and enthusiasm.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING COPY CARD ACCESS

This is to request your help updating the University list of authorized copy cardholders. Support Services is pleased to announce that we will be replacing the Danyl Card Reader Copier Access to the new Blackboard Card Reader System. This new technology will allow for a more efficient, as well as an up-to-date, billing process for copy usage.

Towards the end of May, the Danyl card readers will be replaced with new equipment. Current copy cards will NOT work in these readers after the installation is completed by our proposed target date of May 31, 2008. Therefore, we must reissue all department and individual copy cards prior to the June Go Live Date.

In order to update university records, please send Support Services a list of all staff that should receive a copy card. If your department shares one card or uses multiple cards for various purposes, include this in your request.

We ask that you submit this form by Friday, April 11, 2008 in order to minimize any interruption in service. For further information please call Support Services at x6596.
