In addition to providing copier access, the copier program is also responsible for maintaining and upgrading copier needs on campus.

If there is a problem with a copier, you are to call the Service Line at x6596. We have a trained technician available who will service and repair your copier promptly.

It is important to always report even the slightest problem with your copier. By doing so, it enables us to track the performance of each copier and better assess your department’s needs.

Our full-time technician will also supply each copier with toner and staples. However, should you need these items, please call x6596 to request supplies. Our goal is to provide service and supplies efficiently to avoid any inconvenience or downtime to your workplace environment.
